  I went to Dr Tedesco a little over a year ago with a badly damaged smile stemming from a physical altercation. I had veneers and a bridge that were all damaged. I had recently moved to West Seneca and drove by the office daily on my way to work and decided to see what this implant dentist was all about. So i called and was given an appointment within a week. Dr Tedesco evaluated me and gave me my options. He gave me the full range of services all at different price points depending on my budget. He was not pushy at all and answered all of the questions I had regarding the options. In the end, I decided to have crowns and a dental implant to replace the tooth the bridge was covering. Dr. Tedesco was very thorough in setting expectations. He let me know in advance that sometimes it takes 2 grafts to make it work. I ending up having two bone grafts in order to make the implant work due to bone loss from not having an adult tooth. The grafts worked perfectly and the implant screw was placed 4 months ago. I am happy to report that on May 29th my smile will finally be fixed! That's the day i get my implant and two crowns! I can't wait to smile and actually have all my teeth in place for the first time in 15 years. I have also had my cleanings done here, and they are so detail oriented and patient with cleaning your teeth. Julie and rest of the staff really make you feel comfortable and make your visit as painless as possible to include billing your insurance which if not for Julie would have been very problematic. I highly recommend Dr Tedesco for implant dentistry and regular dentistry he really knows what he's doing and he charges a great price for the amazing results he delivers!   Dr Tedesco is simply the BEST. Before meeting Dr Tedesco, I always hated the dentist and was absolutely terrified to go to the dentist. A few years ago, i had such a bad toothache, that I knew I
  had to do something. I found Dr Tedesco's website and called and informed them of my problems. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr. Tedesco took the time to explain to me my options and made me feel at ease. I no longer have any fear or nerves when I go see him, actually, I enjoy going! My smile is a million times better then it was when i started going, I only wish I had met Dr. Tedesco and his very friendly staff sooner. I highly recommend calling Dr. Tedesco right now and setting up an appointment, you and your teeth will be glad you did!!!
